리서치 펠로우 규정

 

 

   

 

1(목적) 이 규정은 박사급 전문인력을 위한 안정적 고용창출과 대학을 세계적 연구개발 거점으로 육성하기 위한 정부의 리서치 펠로우제도 시행에 따른 리서치 펠로우의 임용, 보수, 자격 등에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

 

2(정의) 리서치 펠로우는 박사학위를 취득하고 독자적인 연구능력을 보유한 사람으로 본교의 전문적인 연구수행을 위해 고용하여 연구에 종사하는 연구교수 및 연구원을 말한다.

 

3(직위) 본교에서 임용하는 리서치 펠로우의 직위는 다음과 같이 구분한다.

1. 리서치 펠로우 연구교수 : 교육과 연구 활동을 지원하기 위하여 임용된 교원

2. 리서치 펠로우 연구원

- 책임연구원 : 박사학위 취득 후 7년 이상의 연구경력자 중 연구업적이 우수한 자

- 선임연구원 : 박사학위 취득 후 3년 이상의 연구경력자 중 연구업적이 우수한 자

- 박사후연구원 : 박사학위 취득자 중 전공분야의 심화를 위하여 연구 활동을 수행하는 자(학생인건비 풀링제 대상)

- 연구원 : 박사학위 취득자

4(임용 및 고용계약) 리서치 펠로우의 임용은 총장이 행한다.

리서치 펠로우의 고용계약은 총장과 당사자간에 체결한다.

 

5(임용기간) 임용기간은 3년 이상으로 한다. 다만, 계약기간 중 타 기관으로 이직하거나, 자의에 의해 사직하는 경우에는 당연 퇴직으로 임용계약을 중단할 수 있다.

 

6(직무) 리서치 펠로우는 해당 직위의 규정된 직무를 수행하며 필요한 경우 본교 전임교수와의 공동연구 및 특별강의, 세미나 등 본교가 지정하는 과제를 수행할 수 있다.

 

7(보수 및 처우) 300만원 이상(4대보험 가입)의 급여를 지급할 수 있다.

 

8(고용계약 해지) 총장은 리서치 펠로우가 다음 각 호의 중 하나에 해당할 때에는 계약기간 중이라도 고용계약을 해지할 수 있다.

1. 본 규정 및 고용계약상의 의무를 다하지 않은 경우

2. 연구 업적 및 연구 활동이 지극히 미미한 경우

3. 신체정신상의 사유로 업무수행이 곤란한 경우

4. 임용시 제출한 서류나 연구실적물에 허위사실이 있을 경우

 

3   리서치 펠로우 연구교수

 

9(자격) 리서치 펠로우 연구교수는 박사학위 소지자로서 다음 각 호 중 하나의 조건을 충족하여야 한다.

1. 유관분야 3년 이상의 경력을 가진 자로서 특정 연구과제 또는 연구소 운영에 기여할 수 있는 자

2. 외부의 연구기금 등에 의하여 본교 연구 활동에 기여할 수 있는 자

 

10(직무) 리서치펠로우 연구교수는 연구, 교육과 관련된 업무를 수행하여야 한다.

소속기관 또는 사업단에서 담당 직무를 수행하여야 한다.

본교가 필요시 지정하는 과제를 수행하여야 하며 학기당 6학점 이하의 강의를 담당할 수 있다.

 

11(임용절차) 리서치 펠로우 본교 비전임교원 규정5조의 임용절차에 따른다.

 

12(구비서류) 리서치 펠로우 연구교수 신규 임용 후보자는 해당 학(연구소)장을 거쳐 다음의 서류를 연구처를 경유하여 교무처장에게 제출하여야 한다.

4   리서치 펠로우 연구원

 

13(자격) 리서치 펠로우 연구원은 박사학위 소지자로서 특정 연구과제 또는 연구소 운영에 기여할 수 있어야 한다.

  

14(직무) 리서치 펠로우 연구원은 연구, 교육과 관련된 업무를 수행하여야 한다.

특별한 규정이 없는 한 연구소장(연구책임자)의 지시에 따라야 한다.

연구활동에 지장이 없는 범위 내에서 본 대학교 강사 위촉규정에 의하여 강의를 담당할 수 있다

 

15(임용절차) 리서치펠로우 연구원의 임용절차는 본교 연구원 내규4조의 임용절차에 따른다.

 

16(구비서류) 리서치 펠로우 연구원 신규 임용 후보자는 해당 학(연구소)장을 거쳐 다음의 서류를 연구처장에게 제출하여야 한다.

군산대학교연구소연구교수규정

 

제정 2004. 2. 26. 규정 제799

 

1(목적) 이 규정은 고등교육법 제15조제2항의 규정에 의하여 연구소에서 연구에만 전념할 수 있는 전임교원(이하 "연구교수"라 한다)의 임용 등에 관한 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한.

2(임용) 연구소 연구교수는 군산대학교교육공무원인사규정을 준용해서 임용한다.

연구소 연구교수의 임용분야 결정은 연구소에 설치된 운영위원회 심의를 거쳐 소장의 요청으로 총장이 결정한다.

학칙 등 관련 규정에 의하여 연구소가 폐지될 경우 계약기간 동안 연구교수는 기능이 유사한 연구소로 소속을 변경할 수 있다.

3(승진 및 재임용) 연구교수의 승진 및 재임용 기간은 군산대학교 학부()소속 전임교원과 동일하다.

연구교수의 승진 심사에 필요한 연구실적물은 현직명 재임기간 중에 발표게재된 것으로서 다음 기준 중에서 택일하여 제출하여야 한다.

연구비수주실적은 재임용기간과 승진소요기간 내에 수령된 금액을 기준으로 한다.

재임용기간과 승진소요기간이 서로 중복되는 기간에 발표게재된 연구실적물은 재계약시 제출한 연구실적물로 갈음할 수 있다.

연구교수의 재임용 심사에 필요한 연구실적물은 재임용 신청기준일 현재 발표게재된 것으로서, 연간 한국학술진흥재단 등재(후보) 학술지(국제학술지 포함)에 게재된 100%이상의 실적을 제출해야 한다.

정년보장을 받은 연구교수는 제2항의 부교수에서 교수 승진시 기준에 의한 실적을 5년 단위로 제출하여야 한다.

4 (임무) 연구교수는 연구에 전력하여야 한다. 다만, 관련학부장(학과주임)의 요청이 있을 때에는 다음 각 호의 임무를 수행할 수 있다.

1. 본 대학교 대학원 학생 학위논문 지도

2. 1호의 기관에서 학기당 1강좌의 전공분야에 대한 강의

5(복무) 연구교수는 해당 연구소장의 지휘감독을 받아 소관업무를 수행한다.

연구교수는 총장의 허가를 받지 아니하고는 타 대학에의 출강 또는 타 기관에의 겸임 및 겸직할 수 없다.

타 대학 또는 타 기관과의 공동연구과제를 수행할 경우에는 해당 연구소장의 요청에 의하여 총장의 승인을 얻어 참여할 수 있다.

6(면직) 연구교수가 다음 각 호의 1에 해당하는 경우에는 총장은 직권 또는 소속연구소장의 제청에 의하여 면직할 수 있다.

1. 고용계약을 위반한 경우

2. 연구실적이 부진한 경우(정년보장 연구교수 포함)

3. 기타 고용계약에서 정한 면직 사유가 발생한 경우

7(준용규정) 이 규정에서 정하지 아니한 사항은 다른 법령 및 규정에서 정한 바에 따른다.

 

부 칙 (제정 2004. 2. 26. 규정 제799)

 

이 규정은 200431일부터 시행한다.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this regulation is to specify necessary matters concerning the appointment of full-time faculty members (hereinafter referred to as "research professors") who can concentrate on research only in accordance with Article 15 (2) of the Higher Education Act do.

Article 2 (Appointment) (1) The research research professor applies the personnel regulations of Kunsan National University according to the personnel regulations.

② The appointment decision of the research research professors shall be decided by the president upon the request of the director through the deliberation of the steering committee established in the institute.

③ If the research institute is abolished in accordance with related regulations such as school regulations, the research professor can change his / her affiliation to a research institute similar in function during the contract period.

Article 3 (Promotion and Re-appointment) ① The promotion and re-appointment period of the research professor is the same as the full-time faculty member of Kunsan National University.

② Research achievements required for the promotion evaluation of research professors shall be announced and posted during the current term of office and shall be submitted by one of the following criteria.

③ The results of research funding will be based on the amount received during the re-appointment period and the promotion period.
